The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for the growth and development of the confectionery portfolio. The role involves developing brand strategies for the Irish and Northern Irish markets, ensuring all designs, principles, tone of voice, and activations are a true brand fit and targeting the right audiences.
You will manage budgets, liaise with key stakeholders within the business, and drive best-in-class execution and evaluation of trade marketing plans, including distribution, visibility, trade advocacy, and ROS-driving initiatives. The role also involves briefing quarterly objectives to trade teams to ensure delivery of brand KPIs, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating training of trade teams in display, tastings, and product information. You will also create and manage POS, visibility tools, trade listings, and consumer activations in trade and may oversee agency management for trade and consumer-led events.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of trade marketing or related experience, be commercially astute, analytical, strategic, and able to problem-solve, and have a passion for consumer trends and building brands in the Irish marketplace, with strong communication and presentation skills.
