Attention all trade marketing gurus! Are you ready to lead and co-ordinate all trade marketing requirements for a leading Irish Foods’ Private Label business in the UK and Ireland? If you're a disruptor who loves to challenge the Status Quo and do things differently, then we need you!
As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing their branded products, working cross-functionally to implement marketing strategies that will grow and successfully execute our brands in stores and online. You'll also get to manage the companies toolkit, maintain and grow a library of photography and video content for print and online use, and work with the NPD team on managing critical paths for product launches.
You will be the voice of the category, shopper & consumer. You will also draw up and implement effective marketing plans for their brands, in line with company priorities, and define and manage the communication strategy for each brand. And that's not all, you'll proactively manage the marketing budget – for both branded and unbranded activations.
To be considered for this exciting role, you should have at least 5 years’ experience in trade marketing roles in FMCG, a degree/master’s in business, marketing, or a related discipline, and a proven track record in delivering best in class, innovative first to market brand initiatives, and category solutions. You should be a good communicator, a clear thinker, and someone who enjoys operating in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment. Plus, you should be independently minded-and confident to influence at senior management levels.
