About the Role:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, converting leads into long-term customers by promoting HVAC and temperature control solutions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for HVAC equipment, temperature control solutions, and aftermarket services by delivering tailored solutions.
- Market Penetration: Identify gaps in market coverage and develop strategies to address them through direct sales and targeted outreach.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the necessary infrastructure supports the Temperature Control business.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and support the development of national partnerships.
- Market Growth: Deepen engagement with existing accounts, convert competitor accounts, and expand market share while retaining current business.
- Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling techniques to deliver effective customer solutions and maintain high service standards.
- CRM Management: Utilise CRM tools to track customer activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate sales data for effective follow-up.
About You
- Proven experience in new business development and account management, with a focus on public sector utilities, food & drink manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets for HVAC equipment, temperature control solutions, and aftermarket services.
- Strong track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Excellent relationship-building skills to develop and manage key accounts effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategies to penetrate untapped markets and fill coverage gaps.
- Experience working collaboratively with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Skilled in applying strategic selling techniques to offer tailored solutions and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Proficient in using CRM tools to manage customer interactions, leads, and sales data for accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Willingness to travel across Ireland and flexibility with location.
