The People Group is recruiting for a Top class candidate to join our client’s winning Sales team. This newly created role will work closely with senior management and afford the right calibre candidate the opportunity to progress and develop their sales career to the next level. Would you like to work for a Leading Construction firm? Do you have at least 2 year’s field sales experience? Have you an in-depth knowledge of the Irish Construction industry? Do you hold a full clean driver’s Licence?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Together with the National Sales Manager, develop strategy and tactics necessary to drive growth of business.
  • Deliver sales targets.
  • Monitor trends.
  • Increase customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and developing sales opportunities.
  • Responsibility and accountability for your customer retention and churn.
  • Monitoring results and targets.

Skills:

  • Strong Business Development Ability.
  • Technical background preferably.
  • Commercial Awareness.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proficient user of CAD.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving / decision making skills.
  • Be courteous with customers and colleagues.
  • Be able to complete appropriate documentation/tenders.
  • Have necessary numerical skills.
  • Have good negotiation skills.
  • Be flexible, passionate, motivated, entrepreneurial and agile.

Salary: up to €55K plus benefits
