A market leader in the provision of supply, installation, and service of Access Control systems.

About the Role:

  • Achieving or exceeding your monthly sales and intake targets consistently, across the access control and automatics division. 
  • Maximising potential sales opportunities for your division by identifying the key target market sectors 
  • Create and develop strong working relationships with all key and relevant architect practises, specifiers, M&E consultants, contractors 
  • Exercise your commercial acumen to ensure we provide viable solutions to our customer's needs whilst achieving or exceeding our target margins. 
  • Continuously educate yourself on the products and services on offer to ensure you personally align with our value proposition: Masters of Detail, Endlessly Reliable, Trusted Partners. 
  • Develop your knowledge of our competitors in your sector enabling you to identify and sell cur competitive advantage 
  • Ensure that all estimated leads, along with opportunities are followed up professionally resulting in a high yield of orders 
  • Weekly appointments and business development within Leinster to ‘maximise sales 
  • Review all relevant estimates within the division and work with BDM to ensure consistency and profitability 
  • Working closely with BDM to maximise all 360 specification and sales opportunities 
  • Continuing to service and grow your own accounts and relationships to deliver your personal monthly/annual sales and margin targets. 
  • Cross selling all the Groups portfolio of products and services 
  • Work closely with marketing department to ensure all relevant sales opportunities for Leinster are uncovered 
  • Build relationship with Contracts Manager to ensure smooth transition of file and customer relations

Qualities & Attributes:

  • Experienced selling to relevant architect practises, specifiers, M&E consultants, contractors / Facility management companies
  • Electrical background is preferred.
  • Highly organised individual.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and proactively as a team
