Organise internal and external meetings and events. Manage client database. Providing confidential financial support services to the Senior leadership team. Be first point of contact and professionally represent and support the Senior leadership team, including: Scheduling, updating changes to diary meetings and appointments. About You: 3rd level degree preferred, though not essential. Experience within a professional services environment. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration role. Excellent Microsoft office. Strong diary management. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
