You are the kind of person who probably writes everything down, has a to–do list, has a place for everything in the planet. In essence, you are super organised and you love to share your skill in organising others.
If you check the above, then our Recruitment Researcher may be just the role you have been waiting for. Supporting the team, you will have responsibility for the full end to end process of connecting our company to the best talent out there. The role is prime in ensuring that we are engaged with the best talent within the Irish Market and further afield. Dynamic and busy, the role will see you sourcing candidates, booking meetings and interviews. Either way, it is your gig to make your own.
We are looking for someone with irrefutable experience in a similar administration/researcher position. The role may also suit a recent HR graduate looking to get your foot in the door.
With a strong understanding of the People Group process from start to finish – don’t worry we will train you on all of that – you will experience the diversity each day has to offer as part of our team. And because you are super organised, meeting the strict deadlines involved at each stage will be something you simply take in your stride.
You can juggle various assignments at once and remain as cool as a cucumber, all the while meeting our high standards of quality with respect to attention to detail. And sure, we don’t expect you to be Steve Jobs when it comes to working word, powerpoint and excel , but we need someone who is confident about their abilities. Open to the challenge?
