A leading food and nutrition cooperative with a strong international presence is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you’ll support the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition and HR team to attract top talent for our extensive network of processing plants and branches. Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to manage role requisitions, overseeing candidates through the ATS, coordinating job postings, and organizing interview logistics. Duties also involve conducting selection interviews, providing candidate feedback, and ensuring timely completion of pre-employment checks. The role requires liaising with recruitment agencies, administering psychometric tests, preparing offer documentation, and handling recruitment administration and reporting. Additionally, the position supports recruitment-related projects, works cross-functionally with various teams, and ensures GDPR compliance throughout all recruitment processes.

The ideal you

•             3rd level education.

•             Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the volume recruitment space

•             Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS systems.

•             Experience in the food industry / manufacturing environment is advantageous.

•             Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate professionally with colleagues.
