Do you want to kick start your management career? An opportunity is available for a supervisor to join a successful retail store based in Dublin. Our client is one of Ireland’s most recognisable retail groups and is looking for supervisor role.
Responsibilities:
- To take responsibility for the efficient running of your store in the managers absence including opening and closing the store.
- To maximise profit through the promotion of sales / IPC’s.
- To minimise stock loss and control budgeted store expenses.
- To ensure the store is merchandised to company standard.
- To communicate effectively with the Store Manager & Assistant on any issue, which may affect your profitability, sales performance or reduction of stock loss.
- To manage the performance of your team in consultation with the Store manager.
- To achieve and maintain store standards.
- To direct, train and mentor excellent customer service to Sales Staff.
Experience:
- Have 1 year retail Supervisory/Management Experience.
- Have Retail Experience (Ideally in Formal or Fashion Retail).
- Be an excellent communicator with the natural ability to motivate.
- Be highly motivated with the desire for success.
- Have an understanding of fashion & business trends.
- Be an all- rounder who will take ownership of the role.
- Be well spoken & take pride in personal appearance.
- Be a strong communicator.
Salary: Excellent salary + bonus + uniform allowance + staff discount.
