Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the efficient running of your store in the managers absence including opening and closing the store. Maximise profit through the promotion of sales / KPI’s. Minimise stock loss and control budgeted store expenses. Manage the performance of your team in consultation with the Store manager. Achieve and maintain store standards. Direct, train and mentor excellent customer service to Supervisors & Sales Staff. Experience: Have a minimum of two years retail Management Experience in Fashion Retail/ Clothing. Visually, Commercial & Operationally sound. Be an excellent communicator with the natural ability to motivate and influence a team. Be highly self-motivated with the desire for success. Have an understanding of fashion & business trends. Be an all-rounder who will take ownership of the role. Have excellent interpersonal skills. Be someone who is target driven. Have excellent attention to detail and strong leadership qualities. Have a flair for merchandising and an eye for fashion.
