Store Manager

I am working alongside an ambitious and recognisable retail group in Ireland. They want to add a Store Manager to one of their successful retail stores in Dublin City Centre!

Responsibilities:

  • To take responsibility for the efficient running of your store in the managers absence including opening and closing the store.
  • To maximise profit through the promotion of sales / IPC’s.
  • To minimise stock loss and control budgeted store expenses.
  • To ensure the store is merchandised to company standard
  • To manage the performance of your team in consultation with the Store manager.To achieve and maintain store standards.    
  • To direct, train and mentor excellent customer service to Supervisors & Sales Staff.

Experience:

  • Have a minimum of two years retail Supervisory/Management Experience in Fashion Retail/ Clothing
  • Be an excellent communicator with the natural ability to motivate and influence a team
  • Be highly self-motivated with the desire for success
  • Have an understanding of fashion & business trends
  • Be an all-rounder who will take ownership of the role
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be someone who is target driven
  • Have excellent attention to detail and strong leadership qualities
  • Have a flair for merchandising and an eye for fashion
