To control overheads as per Annual Budget. Ensure company policy and health and safety procedures are followed at all times. Effectively manage wage costs and other store costs. To hold regular communication meetings with management and staff. Ensure the customer shopping experience is of the highest possible quality and standard. Lead and develop your team around you so that the store sales targets and objectives are exceeded. Experience: 2 Years store management experience in Fashion/Footwear (desirably). You will have previous experience in retail management at either a senior number two level or as a store manager. Fast fashion experience essential. Outstanding communication skills and work ethos. Can utilise resources effectively and proficiently. Have strong leadership qualities and a passion for developing and motivating those around them in order to bring the best possible service to the customer. Possess exceptional customer service skills. Good commercial awareness. Have excellent visual merchandising skills.
