Specification Sales Representative


As the Specification Sales Representative your responsibility will be to develop and manage relationships with supply chain and distributors, initiate and follow up projects.

About the Role:

  • Promote, sell & secure orders for the company’s products.
  • Generating specifications and following this process closely till a firm order is received. Providing aftercare sales service.
  • Planning and reporting for your territory to meet key KPI’s.
  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, making recommendations and negotiations with clients.
  • CRM and project tracking to keep specification quote to order ratio high.
  • Manage the project pipeline to ensure a balance of short term and long term sales opportunities and convert a high percentage of these projects.

About You:

  • Sales Calibre is the most important fit for our client, as such full training can be provided on the products for exceptional candidates.
  • Ideally you will have B2B solution sales experience in the Consumer Goods industry.
  • You will be hungry for success, dynamic, self-motivated and you will be looking for an opportunity to make a name for yourself so you can progress in your career.
  • As a natural relationship builder, you will be happy to get out in the field face to face with your clients and you will pride yourself on your ability to network. around multi-layered businesses with numerous decision makers in your accounts to secure new projects and grow revenue.
