Our Client, a Mid-tier Dublin 2 Law firm is currently searching for a Solicitor with circa 3 years PQE Construction experience. The People Group is hoping to hear from candidates that have ideally trained in a Top Tier firm and want a better work life balance.
We feel our client can offer you a role where you will be fully immersed from day one, with the potential for promotion a real prospect.
You must have the following experience:
- Drafting and negotiating Contracts, Project Documents, Warranties etc.
- Advising in Construction disputes, warranty claims and Developer Insolvency.
- In depth knowledge of Financing of Construction and Development projects.
Are you an excellent communicator with strong technical skills, a real team player, with a good knowledge of building regulations?
Have you Procurement and Construction Law experience?
