Reporting to the Head of Content, you will play a pivotal role in driving their social media strategy, engaging with our audience, and enhancing their brand's online presence. About the role

  • Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) that aligns with our brand's values and objectives and delivers growth.
  • Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms, fostering positive relationships with our online community.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with content, marketing and digital team to plan and execute social media campaigns and business initiatives
  • Analytics and Reporting: Contribute to tracking and analysing social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize content strategy.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and alignment with marketing initiatives.
  • Visual Content: Work with our graphic designer to create visually appealing and on-brand imagery and videos for use on all platforms.
  • User-Generated Content: Encourage and leverage user-generated content, showcasing the company’s experience through our guests’ eyes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers and brand partners to amplify our online reach and engagement.
  • Compliance: Ensure all social media activities comply with industry regulations and best practices.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Passion for fashion, luxury, and retail industries is a plus.
