The ideal you

  • Target driven individual with an exceptional track record selling and educating.
  • Experience Beauty sector – with no less than 2 years B2B sales experience.
  • Sell from an agreed portfolio of skincare and tan products to meet agreed KPIs.
  • Skilled at developing salon skincare business with coaching and mentoring.
  • Hold a beauty/skincare qualification. 
  • Deliver excellent account support in the territory including retail training and event support.
  • Provide call ins to merchandise in Retail/Pharmacy.
  • Maintain regular and clear communication with your manager and sales support staff.
  • Attend sales and general meetings, training and events as required.
  • Assist at industry trade and retail shows both within and outside home territory.
  • Feature in social media content from a sales and marketing perspective.
  • Implement marketing activity, alongside team to raise the profile of the business.
  • Strong self-management skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
