We are on the hunt for an experienced Customer Service Representative for a family run Car Dealership in West Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Previous experience in a similar capacity in the motor industry. (ESSENTIAL)
- Booking cars in for work, parts and labour.
- Advising on work required
- Keeping customers updated re progress of work.
- Invoicing of jobs.
- Warranty processing.
- Briefing the customer in advance on requirements.
- Getting pre-authorisation when needed
- Grow and develop Retail and Aftersales business.
Experience:
- Hold a full, clean drivers license.
- Be outgoing and personable.
- Be customer focused, courteous and a good listener.
- Have strong in IT skills.
- Have top notch administrative and organisational skills.
- A great team player.
- Be flexible and able to work well under pressure.
- Creating and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
Salary: €35,000
