Our client, Ireland's Leading Auto Dealer in Meath is seeking a Senior Service Advisor. You will be required to organise the Service department.
About the Role:
- Provide quotations and invoices.
- Respond to customer queries.
- Manage bookings by email and phone.
- Assign work to the mechanics, ensuring it is carried out within a timely & efficient manner.
- Monitoring work in progress and communicate accordingly.
About You:
- Experience working in a Service Department previously.
- Be able to work on your own initiative.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
- Build strong relationships and pay close attention to other department requirements.
- Technical & Mechanical knowledge.
