With all this growth, they are now on the lookout for an ambitious Senior Sales Executive to join their rapidly expanding team. Your mission will be to shape our clients narrative in the market, forging deep client relationships. They are seeking a charismatic, insightful, and operationally excellent commercial and client champion. The ideal person will have a minimum of 3+ years within a Sales Consultancy role. You have a proven track record in sales and client relationship management. You should be skilled in driving organizational growth and meeting targets. Thrive in international settings, excel in precision, and have exceptional planning and organizational abilities. 

About the Role:

  • Ability to understand the requirements of new and existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Provide regular reliable forecasts utilising company's data platforms and reporting capabilities.
  • Capacity to maximise profitability - increased value, increased productivity, and cost optimisation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions and insights to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Ability to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing).

About You:

  • Must have 3+ years’ experience in a similar sales role within an established consulting company.
  • Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key clients.
  • A proven track record of exceeding KPI’s and targets set in place.
  • High standard of accuracy and close attention to detail, excellent written and verbal English.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work on own initiative, independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enthusiastic and engaging.
