We at the People Group are working with an innovative fundraising and product digital platform who are looking for an ambitious Senior Sales Executive with a drive for success and commercial aptitude. The platform has been finetuned and developed over the last couple of years and we are looking to speak to experienced Brand Managers with a proven track record in sales and account management coming from Tech, Fundraising or Charity sales background to roll out the new platform to charities in Ireland and the UK. As the Brand Manager you will play a pivotal role in a fast-paced environment, managing a crucial market segment within the platforms business mix.  Your responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, ranging from cultivating and maintaining key accounts to identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.  As an ideal candidate, you bring a wealth of experience in the Tech/Charity sector and possess a proactive sales mindset combined with that of an account manager.  This is a chance to embrace a fulfilling career, where your dedication and energy will be met with exciting growth opportunities. Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales role, preferably in the technology, nonprofit, or fundraising sectors.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for sales leads
  • Experience with corporate level sales
  • Experience with digital platforms, digital fundraising platforms or nonprofit fundraising tools
  • Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe, PayPal, Adyen
  • Experience with CRM solutions such as HubSpot

Educational Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients for the fundraising platform and contact them via LinkedIn, phone, or email as appropriate. 
  • Conduct presentations and demos to showcase the platform’s features. 
  • Cultivate and nurture leads, converting them into clients. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. 
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and events to network and promote the platform.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure client needs are met and feedback is incorporated. 
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 
  • Assistance with onboarding clients 
  • Willingness to travel if necessary to meet with clients or attend industry events.
  • Experience in fundraising 

Skills:

  • Ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities, follow up with inbound queries, lead negotiations, and close deals. 
  • Ability to manage and prioritise time in relation to the potential outcome 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively pitch the platform's benefits. 
  • Familiarity with the challenges and needs of nonprofit organisations and donors. 
  • Ability to understand and explain the technical aspects of online fundraising platforms to potential users. 
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and current customers. 
  • Ability to address client concerns and offer solutions tailored to their needs. 
  • Stay updated with changes in the fundraising industry and adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
