Senior Sales Executive

A rapidly growing healthcare provider in Ireland is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their high-performing sales team. This is a pivotal, client-facing role, guiding patients from their initial enquiry through to their final treatment experience.

This position is primarily based in the office with occasional travel for consult days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of prospective clients, delivering an exceptional experience from first contact to service completion.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Support clients throughout the decision-making process, ensuring questions and concerns are addressed professionally and empathetically.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, scheduling, and follow-ups in line with established processes.
  • Collaborate with a fast-growing team to continuously improve service delivery and business performance.
  • Travel to other locations as required, providing seamless client support.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to excel in a KPI-focused, high-performance culture.
  • Exceptional organisational, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of delivering empathetic and professional service.
  • Adaptable, quick learner, and comfortable following structured client journey processes.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel as required.
