Responsibilities:
- Lead the brand strategy and innovation agenda.
- Lead the creative direction of the brand.
- Develop strategies to gain market share and brand awareness using traditional and Digital channels.
- Work with the Sales Director to ensure alignment and positive sales results.
- Grow relationships on a national and international level.
- Implement the marketing plan.
Experience:
- Extensive relevant experience in a senior management position in consumer marketing.
- Degree or MBA qualifications in relevant discipline.
- People and Budget Management experience.
- Action orientated and hands on approach.
