The People Group is seeking a commercially strong Senior Recruitment Manager to join the business and make an immediate impact.
This is an opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter who can build revenue, develop strong client relationships and play a meaningful role in the next stage of growth.
We are open to two types of candidate:
- An established high-performing recruiter with a proven billing track record
- A senior recruiter with the capability to bill strongly while also mentoring, developing and potentially leading a team
- The People Group is an established specialist recruitment business with a strong reputation in the Irish market and a long track record of delivering quality recruitment solutions across sales and marketing.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, manage and grow a profitable recruitment desk
- Win new business and convert opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Deliver a high-quality end-to-end recruitment service
- Build trusted client and candidate relationships
- Support team performance, standards and development
- Help identify and shape future growth opportunities
Candidate profile:
- Strong agency recruitment background
- Proven ability to generate revenue and build lasting client relationships
- Commercial mindset with energy, ownership and sound judgment
- Confident operating at pace and with autonomy
- Team leadership or mentoring experience would be an advantage
