As a result of continued growth and success, our client is looking for a Senior Property Negotiator to join their team. The Successful Candidate will become a core member of the organisation working daily to promote, market & maintain the highest standards that have already been set by the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Will be a trusted property advisor, providing valuable advice to clients on the property market.
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing regular communication with all stakeholders keeping them up to date on all areas of the process through to completion.
- Negotiating the sale and letting of properties with vendors, buyers, tenants and landlords.
- Develop new lines of business through relationships and marketing activities improving the brand in your territory.
- Ensure a positive customer service experience for all buyers, vendors and potential buyers leading to referrals and repeat business.
- Complies with all of the relevant provisions of the PSRA Act, Data Protection Legislation and any other legislation relevant to a property professional operating in Ireland.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years previous experience as a Property Sales Negotiator
- 3 - 6 PSRA License
- 3 - 7 Full clean driving license
- Extensive knowledge of the Property Market
- Proficient in MS office packages, Excel and Word, Outlook & Powerpoint
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of their work and meet deadlines
- Building a strong rapport with our clients.
