Senior Partnerships Manager

You are a negotiator, lead with commercial nous, and are willing to kick down some doors to deliver a best-in-class partnerships program.  
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and commercial partnerships manager who will dive headfirst into setting up and driving our partnerships network.
 

Role Overview:

  • Deliver overall B2B plan and approach.
  • Create and implement a strategy to deliver sales.
  • Directly manage a portfolio of partners.
  • Identify and implement commercial revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Identity and sign new relevant partners.
  • Create an annual partnership calendar. 

About you:

  • 3rd level degree in Business/Marketing or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience.
  • Understanding of hospitality or Premium luxury is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiator.
  • Experience in Strategy or Planning.
  • Team Player.
  • Senior Partner/Account/Sales Management Experience is required.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly.

Location: Dublin South – Hybrid Working Model
