About the role
This is a brand-new Senior Marketing Executive position. It is a standalone role reporting to the Managing Director. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to their leadership team, shaping strategic marketing initiatives and driving impactful business growth.
You will lead the comprehensive marketing and PR strategy for the company brand and its business units, overseeing digital content management, omnichannel campaigns, and digital ad optimization. Analyze performance metrics, refine strategies, and collaborate with sales team to drive growth. Maintain brand consistency, explore new channels, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives, regularly presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
About you
- 4 years or more of proven experience, ideally in consumer marketing, particularly in roles requiring creativity and budget management.
- Have a 3rd level qualification, ideally in a business / marketing or other commercially relevant discipline.
- Be self-motivated, energetic with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Be a convincing communicator with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Technical understanding of Google Analytics, SEM, and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Experience with strategy development
- Commercially aware and a critical thinker with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Naturally organised with the ability to plan, manage and action multiple projects and be deadline-driven and confident with making quick and clear decisions.
