Working within a high-performing, hands-on marketing team, this creative and fast-paced Marketing role will suit a Senior Marketing Executive looking for your next development opportunity with experience in managing NPD and forecasting, activating B2B and B2C promotions, PR and social media, with a passion for cosmetics, beauty, personal care, or fashion.
You will also be self-motivated, bring strong negotiation skills and be driven to succeed in an ever-changing market.
Role overview:
- Lead the marketing team and all marketing activities.
- Oversee the marketing on all platforms.
- Manage external marketing partnerships.
- Website management.
- Manage influencer marketing.
- Work on photoshoots from conception to completion.
- Manage the growth of D2C revenue streams.
- Creation of retail marketing plans.
The Ideal candidate:
- 3+ years of marketing experience ideally within the Beauty/Personal care space.
- Experience in leading strategic growth within retail marketing is highly desirable.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a team.
- Strong presentation, communication & relationship building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused (internal and external).
- Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
