Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, offers the opportunity to lead all aspects of companies marketing owning the marketing plan, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering creative digital communications. Managing a small team within a 10-person department, the ideal candidate is hands-on, versatile, and thrives on variety, overseeing both online and offline initiatives including brand, trade, social media, POS, events, and app content. With the support of an in-house creative team, you'll craft engaging, visually compelling content that tells the brand story and resonates with a global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the website and community loyalty app. including customer support and engagement optimization.
- Own and develop the social media strategy, creating and scheduling engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos).
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality marketing videos.
- Support production and stock management of point-of-sale displays, working with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end events schedule and planning.
- Compile marketing reports, track ROI, and manage budgets.
- Manage marketing database, email campaigns, QR codes, and customer data points (using HubSpot and other tools).
- Lead and manage at least two direct reports, with strong time and task management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create on-brand, consistent content aligned with brand strategy.
