Senior Events Manager – Activations

My client is a national brand activations agency working with a glorious range of top tier clients across the luxury market, sporting organisation and technology sectors.


  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will work alongside the team on a range of events and activations from initial proposal stage through the concept development process, the pitching process, the planning, implementation and live event delivery and the post-event analysis, feedback and reporting for each event.
  • Specifically, this role involves the planning and logistics for, and on-site management of, large and medium scale corporate events and activations.
  • You will be directly responsible for the management of client relationships, procurement and contracting of all third-party suppliers, managing the budget for the event, maintaining project timelines, tracking spend and ensuring value for money for all clients.
  • Working as a Senior Account Manager you will be comfortable working independently, taking complete ownership of all projects from end to end and making rapid decisions to ensure all of our clients’ needs are met, no matter the deadline.
  • Your team will also be made up of an Account Manager and Account Executive who you will be required to manage and work closely with across all projects.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum four years agency experience required.
  • 3rd level degree/ Accredited 3rd level cert/ diploma in Event Management/Marketing or a related field.
  • Passion for events and a determination to get the job done to a high standard.
  • Proven ability to work as a senior member of the team, demonstrating your capability to be responsible for end to end management of appointed client.
  • High level of brand event and activation experience.
  • Experience in developing new business strategies and proposals.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Highly organised & efficient.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • A flair for innovation and creativity.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Independent, pro-active, motivated individual.
  • A logistical thinker.
  • Punctual & presentable.
  • Full driving licence required.
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint.

Salary: €50,000
