Senior CRM & Retention Manager

We’re working on behalf of a successful and fast-expanding company in the online casino and iGaming sector to find a talented Senior CRM Lead. This is a key position responsible for delivering and evolving the company’s CRM function – spanning player engagement, campaign strategy, automation, and loyalty initiatives.

The ideal candidate is commercially aware, data-driven, and process-oriented, with a passion for refining CRM systems and improving customer experiences through measurable outcomes. You’ll work closely with leadership and a dedicated CRM team to ensure campaigns are timely, targeted, and aligned with broader business goals.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the CRM calendar and develop multi-channel strategies to engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Design and build automated flows that guide players from onboarding through to reactivation and VIP treatment.
  • Analyse campaign effectiveness through control groups and detailed pre/post assessments to drive optimisation.
  • Define criteria for high-value customers and support the development of tiered loyalty or VIP programmes.
  • Work closely with product, data, and marketing teams to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with company-wide objectives.
  • Mentor and lead a small CRM team, fostering innovation, accountability, and knowledge-sharing.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to track CRM success metrics and inform future campaigns and retention strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within a consumer-facing business
  • Proven experience using data to inform CRM strategy and execution
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Emarsys, Optimove, Adobe Campaign)
  • Comfortable analysing large data sets and drawing actionable insights
  • Experience with segmentation techniques (e.g. RFM, churn prediction, CLTV models)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Previous experience in gaming, iGaming, or a similar digital/high-volume sector is advantageous but not essential
