Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for developing talent and driving success? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to lead a team of outbound B2B Sales Executives in our Cork office.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and performance of a diverse team, consisting of both experienced professionals and trainees. Your primary focus will be to manage daily sales targets, including the number of calls made and appointments booked. Working closely with the Associate Director of Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that your team contributes to the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a team of outbound B2B Sales Executives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.

- Manage daily activities to ensure the team achieves set KPIs, including call volumes and appointment bookings.

- Mentor and support both seasoned sales professionals and trainees, helping them to reach their full potential.

- Collaborate with the Associate Director of Inside Sales to contribute to the overall strategy and success of the sales department.
