Your Role in their Story
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of their brand, continuing their legacy of excellence and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your mission will be to develop and grow the business within your designated territory. Here’s how you will make an impact:
- Cultivating Relationships: You will build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their products are prominently featured and well-merchandised in hardware, homeware, and grocery outlets.
- Driving Sales: With your experience and dedication, you will achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets, exploring new and emerging customer channels while supporting existing ones.
- Expanding Horizons: Your role will involve listing new products and engaging in promotional activities to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Representing: You will represent the company at trade shows, showcasing their products and forging new connections.
The Perfect Fit
They're looking for someone who brings not just skills but also a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the Irish hardware and grocery sectors. The ideal candidate will have:
- Over 5 years of direct selling experience in the Irish hardware/DIY trade.
- Experience in the grocery sector.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
- A full clean driving licence.
