We’re working with a well-known and successful brand in the construction sector. As part of their expansionary plans they have created a new position in their firm. They are seeking to add a ‘B2B Sales Manager’ to their management team, to lead their sales and account manager teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5 sales and account management professionals.
  • Drive the overall business strategy.
  • Coach, Motivate and Developing the team.
  • Ensure that processes and procedures are adhered to.
  • Optimise on all client relationships and opportunities.
  • Ensure that targets and business objectives are achieved.
  • Managing and developing existing client relationships.
  • Developing relationships with new clients.
  • Help in the recruitment processes & manage the placements.

Experience:

  • Team management experience essential.
  • Motivated by a competitive target driven environment & the ability to hit targets.
  • Client engagement skills.
  • Industry & Sales experience is desirable - Construction.
  • Experience selling services in B2B setting. 
  • High level of communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills. 
  • Ambitious self-starter with the confidence and drive to proactively manage the teams & their own schedule, time, as well as creating their own opportunities. 
  • Motivated by a competitive target driven environment.
