To support the growth of their company our client is seeking a Part Time Sales Administrator to join their tight knit team. You will act as the ‘go – to’ person, for the team. Day to day, you will use your keen organisational skills to handle a diverse range of sales and administration related tasks. In addition to this, you will manage the office bottom line, 

About the role:

  • Perform back-office functions to support sales team.
  • Answer phones and manage post.
  • Manage customer and supplier orders until completion, including Purchasing.
  • Check and sign off purchase invoices to ensure we have been billed correctly by suppliers.
  • Manage processes to ensure on-time and accurate billing and license fulfilment.
  • Phone support to users covering non-technical issues.
  • CRM Database management and updates.
  • Provide timely, professional and quality service to our client base.
  • Provide holiday cover.

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar position.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Team player - strong customer focus.
  • Proven understanding of CRM database/s.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated professionalism in a results-oriented work environment.
  • Excellent level of numeracy and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
