We are looking for a Sales Office Administrator to join our clients team that is a leading manufacturer of waterproofing and insulation solutions. 
The Sales Office Administrator will be responsible for processing orders, managing orders on the computer system, communicating with customers and stakeholders, and performing general office duties. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry.

About the Role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer orders, ensuring that all orders are accurately processed and managed in a timely manner.
  • Utilise computer systems to efficiently manage and maintain orders, providing customers with real-time updates on the status of their orders.
  • Actively communicate with customers and stakeholders to ensure that all orders are successfully managed, and any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Handle general office duties, including answering phone calls, processing documents, photocopying, and filing, to ensure that the office runs smoothly.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to take on any other duties as needed to support the order sales team and ensure the success of the organisation. 

About You:

  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced office environment, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the computer system.
  • Technology-savvy individual with previous experience working with CRM systems, able to quickly learn new computer software and programs.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
