Working with a leading software supplier to business across Ireland and the UK you will develop the company’s sales strategies along with coaching and managing the growing sales team. This role reports to the Chief Revenue officer and for them, the ideal candidate is someone who is “Commercially astute and operates with a hands-on management style. The ideal person will lead from the front displaying best practice wherever possible”
You will have a continuous improvement mindset and will be adept at identifying areas for improvement, with the ability to identify efficiencies leading to commercial success.
To be successful in this role you are educated to a degree level with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in Sales. Experience within software product sales is highly desirable. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
