Irelands largest Finance broker who currently offer Car Finance, Agri & Commercial Finance, Mortgages & Insurance to the Irish market are recruiting
You will join as Sales Manager, reporting directly to the experienced Senior Management Team. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a sales team of 6-12 people which offer credit & insurance products into the market. A key focus will be management and optimisation of the teams bringing about increased sales effectiveness.
The Sales Manager will be operating in a fast-moving environment which requires strong, dynamic and visible leadership whilst holding a passion for customer service. You must display the high level of energy required to successfully build and lead a strong team-based culture
About You:
- 3+ years in a Team-lead or management role in a sales product environment.
- The ideal candidate must have experience within financial or insurance markets.
- An APA qualification would be an advantage
- Previous experience in managing teams offering credit or insurance products into the market from a broker or banking environment would be an advantage.
- A strong track record of improving performance and streamlining / automating processes.
- A deep understanding of the credit customer journey coupled with real and practical experience of a rapidly growing business.
- Effective manager of people with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop the team.
