We are working alongside an award-winning SaaS company. They are looking for a Sales Manager to provide leadership, guidance/direction, training, and support to the Sales team. You are a great leader and you have helped your teams to reach set targets previously. You provide coaching, motivation, and effective leadership to your team as well as lead by example. The role requires the provision of a high standard of ongoing training to the team so that they possess sufficient product, market and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products, solutions & services.
You are a strategic thinker and have a strong business development background that is experienced in operating in a highly competitive landscape. You are also well versed and experienced in a structured sales environment.
If you have:
- Previous sales and management work experience with evidenced sales outcomes with both internal and external sales teams ( 7+ years).
- Well-developed technical software solution sales skills.
- Proven track record in demonstrating sales growth.
- Knowledge and passion of the start-up environment is crucial.
- Demonstrated experience in leading people to achieve strong results.
- Ability to manage the entire customer life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
And you demonstrate:
- The ability to analyse situations.
- The initiative and drive to do things better.
- An ability to maintain a high standard of performance.
- You can overcome obstacles to achieve an objective.
- You seek to understand competitor activity and potential opportunities.
- You understand that the customer is key to company success.
