They are now seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales professional to drive business growth, cultivate lasting client relationships, and support schools and colleges across Ireland
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Grow the educational resources market, find new opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with schools and key stakeholders, act as main contact, and maintain high prospecting activity.
- Research market trends, monitor industry changes, and identify opportunities for new products, services, and partnerships.
- Drive sales to meet targets, create tailored proposals, and deliver strong presentations to potential clients.
- Work with internal teams on aligned strategies and lead a small business development team.
- Track key metrics, gather feedback, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
The ideal you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales, or marketing, preferably in the education or educational resources sector. Proven ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Strong commercial skills with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets.
- Understanding of the Irish education system, market dynamics, and key players in the education sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
