Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Create and deliver sales strategies to maximise revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Monitor performance and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve queries effectively.
  • Manage stock levels, vehicle ordering and the mix of new and used cars.
  • Work with marketing team to plan promotions and events that boost showroom traffic.
  • Represent the dealership at industry and community events.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies while staying up to date with products and market trends.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in automotive sales, including 2+ years in management.
  • Experience in multi-franchise dealerships is an advantage.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering successful sales strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and market trends.
  • Understanding of finance and insurance products (advantageous).
  • Business or sales qualifications desirable but not essential.
