What is the role?
This newly created role will report directly to the Head of Sales and will be key in helping maximise the company’s potential and contribute to the overall future business goals. Within this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, the day–to–day support for all showrooms, communications to all showrooms, and people management within each of their locations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on sales goals and conversion targets as set and agreed within the business.
  • Provide regular analysis on sales performance to the business.
  • Assisting the Head of Sales in planning for people development, recruitment, selection, training, and succession planning for future expansion.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management Team, Marketing & Operations functions to develop business and promotional plans.
  • Physical and remote visits of all showrooms on a regular basis as defined.

About you:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a multi-site sales manager position.
  • B2C management experience an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organisation and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience of people management with a strong exposure to HR practices/procedures.
  • A full clean Irish driving licence.
  • Ability to motivate and lead multiple teams across various showrooms.
  • Strong interest in driving sales, analysis of sales and creation of reports.
  • Experience working with a CRM provider.
  • Experience in change management.
