Our client is a leading Waste Management company committed to providing sustainable, high-quality, and cost-effective medical waste management to the healthcare industry that pharmacies, dental practices, hospitals, GP Services and the Irish public rely on every day.
Now on a curve of rapid growth and expansion the company is looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, agile, professional and who wants to start thinking ahead of the game.
About the Role:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, decision-makers at health care facilities, hospitals and nursing facilities to deliver excellence in the supply of services within the portfolio.
- Achieving sales goals through the development of new and existing business leads.
- Proactively self-manage daily workload to ensure KPI's and targets are met.
- Pursuing and making new sales through prospecting, cold calling and lead continuation.
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update company data as requested in the CRM system.
About You:
- 3+ years’ sales experience, within the Healthcare Sector.
- Proven track record of business planning, execution, and sales achievement.
- Demonstrate superior industry knowledge and development of key account relationship strategy and execution.
- High drive for results and self-motivated.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Hold a full clean driving licence.
