An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic, team-oriented sales executive to join a food manufacturer. This company has been developing bakery, pastry and savoury products for foodservice providers, bakers and retailers in 100 countries around the world.
Being grounded in personal integrity, you’ll continuously build and improve existing customer relationships to proactively maximise opportunities for revenue growth. You’re self motivated and thrive in an autonomous work environment and have the ability to identify channels and generate leads to secure long-term customer contracts.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you’ll use your strong product knowledge to communicate effectively with bakers, business owners, distributors, café representatives, chef’s and retailers of all levels.

Role Overview:

  • Providing customer support.
  • Targeting new business opportunities & cross-selling opportunities for DLF range.
  • Promotional planning activities.
  • Sales to forecast analysis & reporting.
  • Adhoc sales support activities.
  • Assist and plan in-house &/or customer led events and product presentations.
  • Customer management activities.
  • Achieve sales goals for set budgets.
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports for executive-level presentations.

About you:

  • 4+ years’ experience as a sales representative (or similar) in the Food Services or FMCG industry.
  • Communication is your strength – you quickly build rapport and can influence a variety of stakeholders.
  • You have a deep passion for high quality food, and artisan style related products.
  • Tech savvy and are driven to find new and better ways in all you do.
  • Nationwide role which many require some overnights.
  • Full clean driver’s licence.
