Skills & Responsibilities:
- Passion – the successful candidate must have a passion for selling and for always providing great customer service
- Communication – excellent communication skills required to service (and delight) our diverse customer base
- Curiosity – eager and interested to understand the needs of all customers
- People skills – enjoys interacting with people, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Organised – with an ability to multi task
- Experience – prior experience in a sales / call centre / customer service environment desirable (but not essential)
