We’re partnering with a well-established, fast-growing technology services company headquartered in Dublin to appoint an experienced Sales Director to join their leadership team.
This is a high-impact commercial leadership role for someone who knows how to design and execute a winning growth strategy. You’ll work directly with the CEO and senior team to build a scalable sales function, drive new business, and strengthen the company’s position in a competitive, high-value market.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the company’s growth and go-to-market strategy.
- Drive new client acquisition and recurring revenue expansion.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Manage and optimise the sales funnel to maximise lead conversion.
- Represent the business externally, building trusted client and partner relationships.
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.
Ideal Background
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving new business.
- Experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial strategy within B2B or professional services.
- Strong grasp of financial metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, profitability).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, growth-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Background in Managed Services (MSP) or IT/Consulting services advantageous.
