We’ve partnered with Sazerac Ireland T/A Hi-Spirits Ireland who are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Development Executive. This newly created position will take charge of a diverse portfolio of world-renowned, award-winning spirits brands. This role is all about making an impact in the Irish off-premise sector, captivating consumers, and driving sales to new heights. If you're passionate about spirits, have a knack for building lasting relationships, and possess the commercial acumen to back it up, then this could be the role you've been waiting for.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Independently manage a core group of accounts within your territory
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators, such as Daily Call-Rate, Distribution Growth, Rate of Sale Growth, Volume Targets, and Debt Management.
  • Secure preferred partner status with key outlets by tailoring solutions to meet consumer needs and positioning yourself as an expert in the Spirits Category, aligned with Hi-Spirits Ireland's segmentation model.
  • Deliver brand training modules to educate trade professionals and collaborate with Brand Managers or Sales Managers as needed.
  • Handle budgets to achieve KPI targets, including Pouring Accounts, Menu Presence, Listings, Activation, Incentives, Distribution, NBD growth, and ROS acceleration.
  • Forge strong relationships with key wholesalers and ensure that customers are equipped to serve and promote our brands effectively.
  • Complete all administrative requirements promptly and accurately.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience within the FMCG sector, with alcohol sales experience being advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Irish On-Trade & Off-Trade and strong commercial experience, ideally in the spirits industry.
  • Experience in activating brands in the On-Trade and/or Off-Trade.
  • Bartending/mixology/hospitality industry experience is a plus.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling customer propositions that drive brand growth.
  • Third-level qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Industry-related qualification (e.g., WSET) is also desirable but not essential.
  • A full, clean driving license is required.
