We are working with an award-winning and dynamic client within the food industry, with market success who are looking for a Sales Manager. While this is an exciting place to work, it is fast paced and challenging therefore you must have the ability to prioritise.
The Role:
- Maintain strong working relationships.
- Negotiate effectively and efficiently.
- Undertake work involving market and industry trends.
- Lead and motivate the Procurement and Sales team.
- Manage contract to ensure continuity.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years’ experience within Food Produce is required.
- Bachelors degree in Business is important.
- Procurement experience is required.
- Knowledge of/experience within FMCG Sector is an advantage.
- Results orientated with strong leaderships experience.
- Commercial acumen.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP experience is an advantage
