The position involves supporting the Sales team,
Part of the role is to phone potential clients and find sales leads.
About the Role:
- Generate sales leads through emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Telesales management.
- Managing and updating the company's social media accounts.
- Assist in managing, coordinating, and updating internal Salesforce system.
- Registering & Updating information on tender and supplier portals.
- Preparing information for quotations.
- Receiving tender information and preparing documentation.
- Keeping existing customers updated on our latest innovations.
- Gathering, analyzing and interpreting relevant sales data as well as competitive research.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of marketing strategy and apply these into all aspects of media.
- Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing material from Germany.
- Assist in updating and creating sales and marketing-related reports.
- Assist in writing articles and promotional materials where necessary.
- Manage the receipt, handling and escalation of all sales enquiries.
About You:
- A person who can create new Sales Leads.
- Implementing Marketing strategy and updated as necessary.
- Ensuring internal records are accurate and up to date.
- Ensuring customer portals are accurate and up to date.
- Successful sales event management.
- Sales report completed and up to date.
Must have
Strong Excel, Office 365 and LinkedIn experience
Salary: Competitive. Maternity cover contract of 20 months.
