We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and goal oriented Part-time Sales Administrator.

Working in a team environment you will add a positive and enthusiastic outlook while providing leadership, helping the team work together to achieve a great result for all customers

Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as a point of contact for the customer, with queries about products, orders and delivers.
  • Process orders via email.
  • Check data accuracy in order and invoices.
  • Deal directly with clients/suppliers/ architects/designer.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator.
  • Understanding of space/colour/Design is a bonus.
  • Proficient background in MS Office/Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with high levels of dedication and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a small environment.
  • Well presented.
