Sales Account Manager - Marketing Services

This is a fabulous opportunity to grow Sales for this leading Marketing Services Company. You will work to secure profitable order intake to support our clients strategic plan, through a combination of both contract growth and new business.

Reporting to the Sales Director, this role will strategically place you in a position to spearhead business growth and development of a key accounts in the B2B sector. You will develop relationships in the account, identify various projects, drive growth initiatives and lead your team to the successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative Sales strategies.
  • Prospect, manage and win new business.  
  • Take ownership of a busy calendar and journey plan.
  • Report regularly and keep up to date with office administration. 
  • Meet targets for accounts, including sales forecasts.
  • Building and strengthening the Sales pipelines.
  • Managing account, bid and proposals budgets.
  • Ensuring a coordinated approach to customer relationship development across various sectors. 
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders working with multiple sites.
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities within the account and develop a pipeline of new projects.  
  • Liaise with cross functional internal and external teams and costing department to facilitate the execution of your account growth strategy.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills and relevant market knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and gain commitment, translating into profitable business decisions in a result driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; including building effective relationships, positive interaction and productive problem solving.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a professional business environment.
  • Willingness to embrace innovation and creativity.
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation and research skills
